Terms of Service

These terms apply when you book or use a Just for Creators studio, package, mobile setup or editing service. Please read them before you book. By making a booking you agree to them.

1. Who We Are

Just for Creators is a service of Modal Creative Studio Co., Ltd., a company registered in Thailand, at 530/2 Chaiyaphruek Yaek 8, Bangkok 10110, Thailand. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Modal Creative Studio Co., Ltd., and “you” means the person or organisation making the booking.

2. Bookings

• Bookings are made online at booking.justforcreators.com, or by written quote for mobile setups, custom sets and other bespoke work.
• A booking is confirmed only when we have received payment and sent you a confirmation. A quote is confirmed when you accept it in writing and pay the amount due under section 3.
• You must be at least 20 years old to make a booking. If you are under 20, a parent or legal guardian must make the booking for you and is responsible for it.
• If you book for a company or another person, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on their behalf.
• Each setup has a maximum number of people. Please keep to the capacity shown for the setup you book.
• The studio is open Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00. Weekend sessions are by request and carry a weekend fee of ฿6,000.
• Custom sets, including the San Francisco setup, require a consultation and a minimum booking of 5 hours. A ฿5,000 setup fee applies to every San Francisco booking.

3. Prices and Payment

• Prices are in Thai Baht and exclude 7% VAT unless we say otherwise. The price that applies is the one shown when you book or in your quote.
• Studio sessions, packages and add-ons booked online are paid in full at the time of booking.
• For quoted work with a total under ฿100,000, full payment is due before the work starts. For quoted work of ฿100,000 or more, a 50% deposit is due on confirmation and the balance is due before final files are delivered.
• We issue a receipt for every payment and a tax invoice on request. If you are required to withhold tax, please send us the withholding tax certificate with your payment.
• If an invoice is not paid by its due date, we may pause work, hold back files and charge interest on the overdue amount at 15% per year until it is paid.

4. Rescheduling and Cancelling

• You can reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your session starts. Within 48 hours, a ฿2,000 rescheduling fee applies.
• If you cancel 48 hours or more before your session starts, you receive a full refund.
• If you cancel less than 48 hours before your session starts, or do not attend, the session fee is not refunded.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of the cancellation.
• If we have to cancel or cut short a session because of a problem on our side, such as an equipment failure or a power cut, you can choose a new time at no extra cost or a refund for the time lost.
• Deposits for custom sets and other quoted work cover preparation we start as soon as you confirm. If you cancel quoted work, we refund what you have paid less the cost of work already done and costs we have already committed to.

5. Your Session

• Your session starts and ends at the booked times, even if you arrive late. Time lost to late arrival is not added on or refunded.
• Extra time depends on availability and is charged at the current rate.
• Please allow time within your session to settle in and to clear the set at the end.
• You are responsible for everyone you bring to the studio, including guests and crew.

6. Packages

• Packages of 5, 10 or 20 sessions are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Sessions not used within that time expire and are not refunded.
• Package sessions can be used in any available setup and time slot that the package covers.
• The rescheduling and cancellation rules in section 4 apply to each package session. A session cancelled less than 48 hours before it starts, or not attended, counts as used.
• Packages cannot be exchanged for cash or resold.

7. Files and Delivery

• We aim to deliver your raw files within 24 to 48 hours of your session, by download link sent to the email address on your booking.
• Edited work is delivered within the time stated in your booking or quote. The number of revision rounds is as stated there.
• We keep your files for 30 days after delivery and then delete them, unless you have asked us to keep them for ongoing editing work. Please download and back up your files within that time. We cannot recover files after they have been deleted.
• Please check your files when you receive them and tell us about any problem within 7 days so that we can put it right.

8. Using the Studio

• Please treat the studio, sets and equipment with care and follow our team’s instructions on safety and on handling equipment.
• If you or your guests damage or lose studio property beyond normal wear and tear, you agree to pay the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.
• No smoking or vaping inside the building, and no illegal substances on the premises.
• You must not record content that is illegal under Thai law, or that is defamatory, hateful or infringes someone else’s rights.
• We may stop a session without refund if anyone in your group behaves in a way that is unsafe, abusive or unlawful.
• You are responsible for your own belongings and equipment while on the premises.

9. Your Content and Our Materials

• You own the content you record with us. Once you have paid in full, you own the recordings and any edits we deliver to you.
• You are responsible for your content, including having the rights to any music, footage, brands or other material you use, and the consent of every person who appears or is heard in it.
• Our set designs, templates, graphics presets, brand and working files remain ours.
• We will only show excerpts or behind-the-scenes images of your session in our portfolio or marketing if you have given us permission, and you can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing us.

10. Mobile Setups and Custom Work

• Mobile setups and custom work are priced by quote. The quote sets out what is included, the schedule and the price.
• For work at your location, you are responsible for access, a safe working space, a reliable power supply and any permission needed from the venue.
• Changes requested after a quote is confirmed may change the price and the schedule. We will tell you before doing extra work.

11. Our Responsibility to You

• We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill.
• If a session or a recording is lost or unusable because of a fault on our side, we will offer a replacement session or a refund of what you paid for it.
• Beyond that, our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost opportunity or the cost of guests, talent or travel.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or wilful misconduct, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Thai law. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer under Thai law.
• Neither of us is responsible for a failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as flooding, fire, power or internet outages, civil unrest or government orders. If such an event stops a session, we will reschedule it or refund it.

12. Privacy

We handle personal data in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019). Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your booking is the one published on this page when you made it.

14. Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. If something goes wrong, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it. If we cannot, the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction.

15. Language

These terms are published in English and Thai. If the two versions differ, the English version applies, except where Thai law requires otherwise.
